Suggestions:
~ Make sure your napkins are clean, stain free and without any worn holds or frayed edges.
~ Iron them. Yes, I said, "iron them". With all the lag time in restaurants, your servers can focus on some quality time and it won't hurt their gratuities one single bit. In fact it will help them.
~ Make sure all the folds are even and ends come together.
